Anti-Inflammatory Lifestyle Guidance, Guided by a Physician-

The Blu Biome Program

At Studio Blu we want to assist in reaching your goal of feeling better as a whole, from the inside out. It can be hard to know what direction to go in with so many different diets and trends going on. The Blu Biome Program will assist in lifestyle changes that are geared toward helping reduce inflammation. We've made a guide to simplify the process. It's not a one size fits all, but we are confident that implementing these changes will lead to people feeling better as a whole. Inflammation can wreak havoc on people's bodies and minds in many ways. At Studio Blu we have a physician on-site monthly to provide information, answer questions, and break down the why's behind switching to an anti-inflammatory lifestyle. It's not about being perfect, but rather about listening to your body and feeding your body with nutritious food which promotes good bacteria to thrive in your gut. We believe the key to feeling better is implementing an anti-inflammatory lifestyle, accompanied with low impact exercises, and self care. His aim is to help people eliminate the 'daily insult' of foods that kill good gut bacteria. Balance is key, and our program is designed to give our clients easy switches for foods commonly eaten in the American diet and a guide including the do's and don'ts. Scott will be offering seminars for clients of Studio Blu and will have a program available for purchase, The Blu Biome Program. The program is essentially a guide or "how to" for avoiding foods and products that destroy your good gut bacteria, the program will include: a deep dive into the benefits of fasting, a yes and no food lists for an anti-inflammatory lifestyle, the risks of living with chronic high inflammation markers, a supplement guide, and much more. Scott will periodically be available to answer questions about the program and the recommended lifestyle changes ensuring each person is able to make the lifestyle adjustments with satisfactory guidance.
