Megan Halsey-Pilates

Meet Megan! Megan is the owner and founder of Studio Blu. Megan drew inspiration for the space from the Blue Zones of the World. She used her desire to have a health and wellness location in Yankton that went beyond exercise to create Studio Blu. Megan was a dancer for many years growing up and is a former dance coach. Megan is obtaining her Pilates certifications through Balanced Body and is in wrapping up her teaching requirement hours for mat Pilates to complete her 132hr coursework, she is also working to complete her 198hrs of reformer training. Yankton has always been home to Megan, after college she moved back eager to serve her community. She is a wife, sister, daughter and an auntie. 

Coleen Shurrer- Yoga

 Meet Coleen! Colleen has an extensive yoga background. She has her ERYT500 Stone Yoga and 26 hot series Kitty Orient. Colleen leads classes in: vinyasa, ashtanga, restorative, nidra, meditation, stretching, personal training, kids classes, senior classes, Reiki level one, and is currently in training for inside flow yoga, and Kim Yo. Colleen is a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, yogi, volunteer, woman and friend.

 

Hanna Delange- Yoga

 Meet Hanna! Hanna is a certified 200hr- YRT. Hanna has always had a love for yoga, practicing for over a decade. She recently decided to follow her passion to become an instructor. Hanna primarily teaches high energy yoga flow, vinyasa, and loves to slow it down and get stretchy with restorative flow. Hanna lives in Vermillion with her husband, Adam, and dog, Poppy.
 

Liz Rembold- Yoga

Meet Liz! Liz is a certified 200hr-YTT yoga instructor and licensed clinical social worker, LCSW-PIP. She has practiced yoga for over two decades and completed her yoga teacher training in 2020. She is passionate about integrating mental health awareness with physical well-being. Liz brings a unique perspective to yoga practice, emphasizing mindfulness, self-compassion, and holistic healing. Liz leads classes in vinyasa, restorative, and yin. Liz is employed full-time as an outpatient mental health therapist at Lewis and Clark Behavioral Health. She lives in Yankton with her husband, three daughters, and three dogs.
